攸關週休二日、刪除7天假的「勞基法修正草案」今天(5日)在立法院朝野衝突下通過初審，勞工團體在場外強烈抗議，並有工人代表以懸掛上吊方式，表達砍假案已使工人的休假權益命懸一線。勞團表示，民進黨罔顧民主程序，「黑箱」地將「勞基法」修法送出委員會，證明「最會溝通的政府」不過是「最會和資方溝通的政府」。
